Bands & Performers

The lineup for Somerstock 2024 is now complete – but there’s always an off chance! And there’s always 2025! We can’t guarantee you a spot, and we don’t have huge budgets, but we’d love to hear from any bands or performers who would like to play at our iconic family-friendly music festival in Somerton particularly if you are local!

In order for us to ensure we have a wide and diverse range of acts please fill in every box on the form. Somerstock 2025 will be held in July in Somerton, Somerset. It’s not too soon to put your name forward for 2025!

Traders & Vendors

We are keen to offer a wide selection of food, beverages and retail opportunities to our Somerstock festival-goers. If you would like to trade at Somerstock, please let us have some details. We can’t guarantee you a spot, and we endeavour not to have two vendors with similar offerings, but we’d love to hear from you!

Some small print…

For Friday/Saturday stalls must be set up by 1600 on the Friday.

For Saturday only, stalls must be set up by 1000 on the Saturday.

No vehicles are allowed movement on the festival site from 1630-2300 on Friday and 1000-2330 on Saturday. Vehicles are allowed to be left on site overnight as we have facilities for camping if requested. The Somerton Music and Arts Festival organisers will provide security on the festival site. No liability for damage or theft is accepted by the organisers.

All food vendors are personally responsible for the removal of all own waste products from the site. There are no skips available on site.

We normally allow a maximum of 3 people per unit

We will require a copy of your insurance, including third-party liability, risk assessment, and any applicable food hygiene certificate must be provided prior to the event.

Vendors must make their own arrangements for taking payment for any product or service provided by them including cash, card payments, and card machine.
