THAT’S A WRAP!

Wow, we said last year was the best we’ve ever had, but we’ve only gone and done it even better! What an unforgettable weekend it was!
The atmosphere was electric, the vibes were incredible, and once again you made Somerstock something truly special.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who braved the heat to dance, sing, cheer, volunteer and help make this year’s festival even better than last year.
From outstanding live music and fantastic local food and drink to family entertainment and an amazing community spirit, we’re so proud to celebrate everything that makes Somerton such a special place.
And then there was that moment… England’s dramatic goal from Jude Bellingham on the big screen, at the exact same time our headliners, The Beatles Dub Club, were performing ‘Hey Jude’. We honestly couldn’t have scripted it any better!
Thank you for making memories with us. If you captured photos or videos from the weekend, we’d love to see them, so don’t forget to share your favourite moments and tag us. Let’s relive the magic together.
Share your favourite moments and tag us on our socials, lets relive the magic together.

See you in 2027!

The Bands

THESE ARE THE FANTASTIC BANDS WHO BLEW US AWAY THIS YEAR…

If you loved them and want to know more about them, check out the full details of all our bands on the bands line-up page

BEATLES DUB CLUB

Where the music of the Fab Four meets full-on global groove. Curated by DJ Chris Arnold, this special DJ experience takes Beatles classics and re-imagines them through a kaleidoscope of musical styles.

THE BLUE MOON

Vintage rock’n’roll with a modern edge — and plenty of live-wire energy. Horn-laced rock’n’roll, retro vibes and infectious hooks has audiences dancing from the first chord.

FILTA

This band has made its name twisting covers and floor-fillers into something fresh and irresistible — think pop hits fused with electronic production, modern grooves and soaring vocals.

FREYA DALGARNO

A singer-songwriter whose voice and songwriting are already creating waves across the West Country with a mix of heartfelt lyricism and an effortlessly warm vocal style.

IN LIKE FLYNN

Blending rock, pop, disco and soul, In Like Flynn delivers all the songs you know and love — from classic anthems to modern favourites — all performed with their signature style and irresistible energy.

IRIE FIRE

A high‑energy 8‑piece reggae fusion outfit from the South West of England. Formed in 2016, they fuse reggae, dub, ska, rock and blues into a vibrant, feel‑good sound that’s built for the stage.

TANYEE LORD

Taynee Lord sits upon her vocal throne producing a heady mix of anthemic hooks and commanding lyrics. High octane country twang as Taynee Lord gives you music for sunsets and highways from Bristol to Nashville.

THE BONDURANTS

An alt-country / pop / rock quintet whose sound blends classic songwriting with a modern edge. Known for their tight delivery and high-impact live shows, bold performances and a set designed to be heard!

PET NEEDS

A ferocious, genre-defying band blending punk attitude, melodic hooks, and raw live performance to create an unforgettable festival experience. A celebration of rebellion, humour, and the joy of live music.

RUSTY SHACKLE

Six‑piece folk‑rock powerhouse whos combine heart, hook and high‑octane energy. Drawn from roots, rock, Celtic and blues influences to forge a brand of indie‑roots music that’s as rousing as it is melodic.

SNAPPA

3-piece playing covers from the 50s to present day anthems, putting a fresh twist on contemporary tunes and old classic alike. Full of musical energy, creating a party vibe wherever they play.

NOT LIKE THE OTHERS

A four piece covers band with a high energy party vibe, performing quality rock, indie and dance classics old and new. Good times and dancing for everyone!

And these are the people who helped us pull it all together

These local organisations worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all happen. Despite the soaring temperatures, nothing was ever too much trouble, and their professionalism, flexibility and good humour never wavered.

We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work, support and willingness to go the extra mile. Somerstock simply wouldn’t happen without them – thank you!

Thank you Somerstock!

Following the success of the 2025 Somerton Music & Arts Festival, the Festival Committee has made donations to support the vital work of the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance (D&SAA) and The Recreation Ground Trust.

A cheque was presented at Henstridge Airfield, home of the air ambulance helicopter where Charlotte Humber, Support Engagement Officer of D&SAA receive the donation from the Festival treasurer Martyn Smith.

The Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance provides a life-saving emergency service across the region, funded almost entirely by charitable donations. The Festival Committee was delighted to contribute to this essential work as part of its commitment to supporting local causes.

Martyn Smith said, “We are proud to support the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance. Thanks to the success of the Festival and the fantastic support from the community, we are able to give something back to a service that helps so many people in Somerset and beyond.”

A second cheque was presented by festival chairman Fred Bassett to the Recreation Ground Trust in recognition of the valuable community facility they provide for Somerton and their continued support of Somerstock.
