EVENT HIRE

Somerstock is run as a community event and any profit is ploughed back into the event or donated to our chosen charities. In order to grow the event, it is now possible to hire equipment including marquees, tables and chairs, bar equipment etc to use for your own event.

A deposit will be charged on all items hired, and the person or organisation hiring will be responsible for returning equipment in the condition in which it was released. Any breakages or damage must be reimbursed in full by the hirer.
